Hi Jack, I have just come across your PE2022 videos and find that so far this one is the best tutorial as I find it easy to follow due to the magnification cursor being better to follow than some of your previous vids that all the icons etc are very small and it's easy to get lost while watching. Also I have an old Sony Vaio duo 11 tablet that came with PE10 yes I wrote 10, this I have not used it much in the past due to it all being rather small and difficult to read on the tablet screen. I was wondering if I could upgrade to Elements 2022 at the smaller cost and loading it on to my desk top computer (W10) which has a new Dell P2421D screen. I mainly take photos of landscapes and decayed rustic vehicles and buildings that are scattered around the country side, I am hoping that PE2022 will provide me (a novice) with the editing requirements that I need to simply enhance some of my pics without having to spend too much time at the desk. There is no upgrade from 10 to 2022. Full price is normally around $79.00. Around Christmas you will see it drop to $59.00. Thanks and glad you like the videos. Thanks for the tips.

I like Photoshop Elements because I do not have to pay a monthly price, pay once and use the software as long as you want. For most people Photoshop Elements is all that you need. Thanks for watching.
Hi Jack I do have a question, is the display/ screen in RAW changed in the 22 edition in the 21 edition the display/screen looks different and has also the camera icon wich i miss in pse 22.Maybe you can explain.
You did a fine job of explaining what tools you have, but it would have been more useful if you had taken a better photo and showed how to make it a great photo. I doubt that the picture you chose can be made very much better.
If you want to open a RAW file, it will automatically open in the camera raw editor. But if you want to use it for a jpg image, you must select Open in Camera Raw, not Open.
MY ELEMENTS HAS CHOKED ON MAC! I have PS elements 2020. I can no longer upload TIFF files. Adobe Help has told me the latest IOS version Monterey 12.0.1 is not compatible with PSE. This includes PSE 2022. Specs are only macOS 10.15 or macOS 11. They suggested I downgrade to previous IOS version as they have not got around to testing with Monterey. They may find a fix for 2022 but no promises a fix coming for 2020. They suggested I download PSE 2022 trial - Also didn't work. My parting comment to Adobe help was that I have owned PSE 2020 for only 1 year and already redundant. As apple often upgrade their operating system PSE 2022 will soon be incompatible with the next newer version of IOS. WTF. This is amazingly slack from such a big company. Amazed they have not even bothered to test with the latest IOS AND they have produced such an unstable package with zero support. BE WARNED!

How does this 2022 Elements version compare to the last stand alone version of Photoshop CS6 before the change to cloud?
