You can especially for this kind of shot, just be aware that the wideangle lens on your smartphone might reduce the quality of the video

Thanks a lot! Well if I know I'm going to use the content for TikTok, Instagram, RUclips Shorts only I film vertically. But for some projects the clients are not sure yet, so I use a wider lens and also an external monitor, where I can see the Reels crop or aspect ration and film like that. Hope this helped you :)
