Hi Paul, currently i’m using Pipedrive on Android (Pixel phone) just to use auto-call logging for incoming & outgoing call. I’m working as real estate agent so i want my incoming/outgoing calls to be logged. However, i use Mac mini & iPad setup, so I’m planning to get an iPhone for better ecosystem. I’m aware that iOS limits incoming call logging. As you use iPhone, do you thing the features i mentioned in Android will be missed?
For this scenario don't get an iPhone as your calls will not be logged in Pipedrive and you will miss a lot this feature. Been there, done that - regretted.
Hi Fitri, I can't really speak to the Android features as I'm a long-time iPhone user. The iPhone could be a suitable alternative. Have a read of this article here and you'll see call logging is possible as the app can prompt you to log them but it's not 100% automatic: support.pipedrive.com/en/article/calling-and-logging-calls-in-the-mobile-app I find it works well enough for my needs 😀

Hi Paul great video.
On your work screen how did you set up the shortcuts within the top widget.
Tap and hold on the home screen and then you can edit the widgets on the page.
