Vinícius Oviedo, Data Analyst and LaTeX Editor, shows you how to analyze residential real estate properties using Streamlit. To do that, statistics, data visualization, Python programming, and storytelling techniques are used.
The data set reflects Brazilian Real Estate properties across 50 distinct cities, using data from the 2023 first quarter (sourced from public reports). The analysis focuses on two measures: the annual appreciation (%) and the price per square meter (BRL). However, the same context could be applied to other geographies and real estate data.
