  • Finally finished off the aluminum canopy on the Dmax. Fully sealed and lockable and already been used on a trip

    Good stuff! Trying to find tray side hinges in USA is tough. I think it might be easier to build a canopy. Keep it up, enjoyed the content 👍

    Saw another build and they put the seal on the door so it doesn't get damaged (with dragging gear in and out of the back).

      Can't remember now but they were just generic hinges I found in bunnings really. Any hinges will work

    what aluminum box size are the doors?
    all so is it waterproof with the seal like that?
