@@maryalgar8779 Yes, my book has comprehensive programs for both of those issues. Each body region has its own chapter. The sciatica program would be in the low back chapter and the hip bursitis program is in the hip chapter.
Thankfully I've never had this problem. I can do these exercises except for the last one. I really don't have a stool or bench. This morning i jumped a lot because Jeremy said to jump. I definitely need to jump more! When i was younger i did high impact aerobics at least twice a week. I loved it! How did I ever do that!? 😮😂 Thanks Tom!! and Kirsten!
Great - I will try these. Not sure I have the condition you mentioned, but they look like good inner leg/groin exercises for anyone. QUESTION: On the last one (Copenhagen), your bench looks ideal - info on that please? Would a folding chair work if you put a pad on it?
A folding chair with a pad or a towel on it can be a good option. Here is the bench I am using. PASYOU Adjustable Weight Bench... www.amazon.com/dp/B07S7NRZL4?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Foam rolling can help ease tension and pain in some cases. In other cases, it can increase pain. If you have an obvious muscle strain, then I would probably avoid foam rolling. If it’s just pain/tightness without an injury, then foam rolling is probably fine to experiment with.
in my non-professional experience: pay attention to your recovery, likely for rehab for an injury you should do this every day. if sore outside of doing the movements, maybe take a day off to recover.
Hii, I'm recovering from a severe groin strain...I can do the rehab exercise quite easily.....About 4 months into recovery and rest....but pain and uncomfortableness is still there....I also can not lift any weights as it hurts my groin and abs....what may be the problem and may I know how much more time till I can continue my daily tasks easily
If these exercises can be done easily, but weight training hurts, then I would recommend trying to find a middle-ground where you can load the area and challenge it appropriately. It may mean adding weight to the exercises in this video and/or lowering the weight with other exercises you are doing that are causing pain. Also, these types of injuries can take 6-8 months to fully heal.
@@RehabScience also I strained the muscle around 1.5-2 years ago.....and wasn't patient....which resulted in the injury becoming more severe....will I be able to fully recover now?...thank you for the reply btw
@@iamhusain_1512 Yes, with the right exercises that focus on building strength and power capacity in the muscle group, you can still make a full recovery. Muscles have an excellent ability to heal and remodel, so you can still make significant changes even though the injury was almost 2 years ago.
If you are referring to the ‘carrying angle’ in the elbow, this is the normal bony anatomy for the elbow when the forearm is supinated. The carrying angle is related to bone architecture and cannot be altered with exercise.

Does your book deal with sciatica and hip bursitis issues? Thanks for your clear videos

So great to hear you are already incorporating the power training ideas in the episode!

Can foam rolling help as well or is it better to only do the exercises

@@RehabScience I appreciate the response
Do I do these exercises all together or one of them each day? What's a good program to spread them out?

@@RehabScience thank you very much sir
@@RehabScience one more question.....is it okay to feel some inflammation sometimes after walking or after exercises?not always....only sometimes
Good🎉

I have carry angle so what should I do
