hi! Would you reccomend these for an advanced skier looking for an all-mountain ski? I currently own the 2020 K2 88Ti Mindbenders in 149cm and they're too short for me. I'm 5'5-5'6 and was looking at these in 160cm. Would you recommend these for more of an advanced, aggressive skier who'll ski on and off piste?

I think the Captis has a lot going for it. As a twin tip, it feels very fun and playful. At the same time, it's got a full sidewall and a very responsive flex so there's excellent edge grip and energy here as well. For mixing on and off-trail skiing, I think it's one of the better twins out there. So fun and versatile! I'd say 160 is right on the money.

if I'm 5'4" should i get the 160 or 166. What would be the advantage either way

I think the 160 is a good choice for your height. The 166 might feel a bit long and difficult to manage unless you enjoy longer skis. The shorter ski is still right about head high on you, which I think works great for versatility as well as stability.
