Got to meet Kurt Travis less than a week ago when he was at Fubar in Saint Louis with A Lot Like Birds for The Minesweep Tour. Super chill guy. Wish he was still with DGD. His voice is pure musical bliss to my ears.
Ben took over Eternity Forever's social media and music pages and tried to claim the band was over. long story short, Eternity Forever is now just a Kurt Travis solo project that is dead because Ben is trying to claim ownership of the entire band while Kurt is still performing the entire EP on his solo tours.

Jonny apparently never did any of Kurt's songs. Don't know why, some say he was uncomfortable singing them vocals-wise, a small number say that Jonny wanted to make sure people knew it was his band, not Kurt's. Kurt, on the other hand, has sung songs from DBM 1.
I want my youtube name back Kurt doesn't own the rights to "Uneasy Hearts Weigh The Most" therefore he had to get permission to play it live. Or maybe I'm wrong but I doubt it.

You can do it at the risk of being sued. The red hot chili peppers can't play Free Bird in front of tens of thousands of people without asking for permission or more likely paying for permission. They lost their rights to the song when they left the band.
