    This is wrong both historically and scripturally.
    Most Israeli/Samaritans were not deported by Sargon, only important ones.
    To say they are further from Moses teaching is very odd, since they have not added anything to his teachings.
    Israeli/Samaritans worshipped Yahweh differently to the Judahites, it had nothing to do with interbreeding, it was more that Ezra did not want to "corrupt" his corrupted by Babylon version of scripture with the true ancient traditions.
