    Hi Bricey! Paul Allen here! My daughter (Rosie) is now 11 and has the tennis bug. Just checking videos on wrist pain and came across this! Small world. Hope you are doing well! Hopefully we will cross paths again in years to come!

      Hey Paul, great to hear from you!
      I’m doing great. Likewise.
      Where in the world are you these days? Do you still hand with the more affluent Richard B?

      Hi mate, now in Oxfordshire. I have a couple of businesses which pay the bills and allow lots of free time! I'm a pretty keen golfer (scratch) and play a bit of Padel now (also doing a bit of teaching for fun at a local members club!).
      Best of luck with the left handed journey!
      Do you still see much of Hawksey? You in the same part of Canada? If so, please give my best! x@@TennisHacker

    Hi Tennis Hacker. Do you think these exercises could maybe help heal an already partially torn TFCC?

    • @TennisHacker
      @TennisHacker  3 месяца назад +1

      I don’t know your personal situation, but in my experience the tfcc gets blames for a lot of pain. But when you di g deeper, there are often other things that could be causing the pain.
      For that reason it’s very possible these exercises could help your wrist to feel better.

      @@TennisHacker Thank you. Yes I've had a shoulder injury in the past, it's never really completely healed but I manage it, and a torn elbow tendon(outside tendon) all of course on the same arm. I've added these exercises to what I already do. It's been 1.5 years since I've been able to hit forehand. I could of course play puff ball with 3.5's but that's no fun. Thanks!!!

    Can I use it as a warm up before a match or would it put too much strain?

      Yes, but go more gently. Don’t squeeze at full strength as a warm up.

    You are way too tense, relax dude. Flexibility is not developped with such tension...

      Hmmmm, mastering tension is absolutely the way to develop flexibility.
