I have been watching videos - Nice work. Suggest to prepare videos on injures related to Badminton for example after play I get heel pains. Videos like these will be good for badminton community.
Playing to the middle is a good strategy should keep the angle down so opponent restricted to short variations do not go for 100% accuracy try to get 80%accuracy so we can reduce our mistakes

This is a strategy im still trying to learn. Takes alot of confidence to pull this off.
This is common sense but yet you'll see many players feeding easy shots to their opponents (most of the time direct to their opponents). 🤔
