Life is filled with many experiences. Whatever the experience, we always have a choice - a choice about the meaning we give to it, and a choice about how we it impacts our life moving forward. This choice can be particularly important when the experience was painful. We will look at the gift of letting go and embracing the possibilities in front of us in each moment.
