It used to be that no one in polite company talked about religion or politics. Of course, then, no one thought that your political beliefs equated to whether or not you were a “good” person.
We went to Mexico this past summer, and the Aztec descendants were talking to us a group of tourists about the usage of obsidian. Trump's most desired quality in a VP is someone that can continue his agenda and someone that can explain his agenda and someone that compliments his persona. I can't see anyone newly elected like Vance, Donalds, Britt and Sanders having any chance. Tim Scott is a good spruiker, that's about it. Rubio doesn't add anything, nor does Cruz. Not sure about Noem as she's quite mild. Stefanik is a bit young. One person not on the list is Mike Pompeo, who'd be great on national security and defence issues. In terms of complimenting the person, Glenn Youngkin (also not on the list) stands out. For me, it would be Tulsi Gabbard. She's poised, knowledgeable, articulate, and is a physical example of current nutty state of the Democratic Party. There's no better person to expose the Demorats than a former member. The main reservation is whether she would continue Trump's agenda fully if she were president. She seems certainly detached completely from the Democrats, so it's whether she'd preside fully as a Republican president and not go a little rogue. If not VP, she's almost certainly would get Secretary of State or Defence.
One of my best friends, deceased now, was ethnically Jewish, male, an atheiest, homosexual and a liberal. I am female, Christian, heterosexual, Irish and conservative. We shared important basic principles.....and a sense of humor.
YESSSS!!! Me too. It’s funny how quickly people on the right will jump on board with ANYONE who says a thing or two that takes the side of a Republican! I think that and his name (from better times) factors in to this kind of thinking. RFKJ is NOT our man! I am glad he’s running though. It helps the cause and we’ll need the help. Although not as bad, I see the same thing happening with Tulsi Gabbard, too. I don’t completely trust her. I know it sounds conspiratorial, but there are quite a few things she has shown in the past that aren’t agreeable with Conservative views. If anything, she is a RINO. We don’t need any weak RINOs right now. That won’t be enough to save our country!
Dear Megyn, 1. Caitlin deserves all her praise. I live for football. My male friends turned me on to the women’s basketball because of Caitlin. I watched with guys that actually play the game and was intrigued watching my first game. I continued and #22 won me over. I don’t care what color any athlete is. That is ridiculous! The girl can play. 2. I am surprised (NOT) about Dawn Staley’s response. Dawn Staley is a member of the woke squad so she doesn’t think for herself.
When you look at the sun, the visible light makes you look away. During the eclipse itself, with less visible light, it doesn't keep you from turning away from the damaging X-ray wavelength light as quickly.
Elise Stefanik - a savvy, fearless, intelligent choice - but then her congressional seat is lost. VP must be someone who is not presently in either House
Alan Simpson quoted LHate often corrodes the vessel it is carried in”. Sadly that statement at George HW Bush’s funeral Was and is forgotten by many today. The forgiveness heals the soul
I think Tulsi Gabbard would be the right candidate to secure the election as a VP for the Trump administration. She is everything that embraces the true sensible center of American politics. She is a woman of color who has left the Democratic party. She is a true Patriate of America and continues to serves as an Officer of the US Army Reserves.
Dear Megyn, Racial prejudice is an individual and subjective problem. It cannot be legislated. IMHO it begins in the home. We know that babies are not born with prejudice. It’s taught.
It's also taught by race baiters that want our country divided and fighting against each other so they can use it for political gain too.Even Main Stream Media encourage it constantly. If you hear anything parroted 24/7 365 for years it will eventually take root and grow and it did with the Media feeding it. It doesn't just happen in homes but Schools and even Churches or Political Activism hidden as Christianity.
It can be taught but it’s also realized as children grow up and observe and become aware of behaviors of others and this form their opinion of those people. And of course not a,ways flattering.
Caitlin Clark has the charisma; I have no idea who the girls are on the team that won their third championship; but I will always remember Caitlin Clark. She has that it factor, that Tom Brady swagger
So the beginning of change is the truth. No one should refer to a male, pretending to be female as, "she." Why are we willing to concede truth in service of anyones feelings?

My husband is an Independent and I'm a republican and we have been together for 17 years. I have Democratic friends also and I like them and their company.
Ah yes, but do they like YOU and YOUR company? This was the point they were trying to make on the show today. WE are able to tolerate them and their views, but they demonize everyone who doesn’t agree with their views. Those Democrat friends of yours probably talk shit about you behind your back. Today’s Democrats have grown more radicalized. Btw, I don’t mean to sound condescending towards you, but am just throwing my two cents worth to the conversation (which won’t buy much these days!) 😊
No Tim Scott!! He completely turned me off when he was onstage with Tucker. He was way too preacher-like and ignored Tucker. No Katie Britt! Good lord she was so annoying on the SOTU rebuttal. I would be happy never hearing her voice again.
I am Native American (Apache) and have been a fan of Larry Bird for decades since 1979. To me, Clark is a modern female version of Bird for Gen Z. Basketball is very popular on the reservations with a strong fan base. When Arizona State had a female Navajo basketball star on the varsity team back in the 1990s, most of the fans who attended had come from the Navajo Reservation in far northeastern AZ. As for Caitlin Clark, she symbolizes the strong basketball tradition I had witnessed in Catholic schools. I went to Notre Dame in Indiana, and the Catholic Community on that campus has the largest intramural college basketball tournament in the country. It often has over 700 teams and ends around late April. To me, Caitlin is another great Catholic scholar-athlete like many such students I had met at Notre Dame. ND had Irish Catholics, Polish Catholics, Italian Catholics, Latin American Catholics, etc. All converged in that great intramural tournament every year. Basketball is often a great medium for social interaction for people from different walks of life. I was a brown Apache who often played intramural basketball with Catholic teams at Notre Dame then again in graduate school at FSU and Florida. Caitlin is great for the sport and increase in viewership. Like Bird in 1979, Caitlin lost the championship, but she is winning in the game of life just like Larry Bird did in the long haul. His self-obsessed nemesis, Magic Johnson (real name of Earvin), became reckless and got infected with HIV.
A Boilermaker is a cocktail popular in blue-collar bars. You order a draft beer and a shot together and then place the entire shot (shot glass included) in the beer before chugging it.
Word on the street is Trump thinks Tim Scott as dumb. Tulsi Gabbard, a democrat who walked away from the insanity of the left, represents millions of others just like her. Trump/Gabbard 2024 is a no brainer, it’s perfect.
Fully agree that she is the best decision. I forgot who made the point about having someone like DeSantis or someone that will be able to run next after Trump. I do agree with that thinking too
As much as I like Tulsi, Trump's VP pick should be a strong candidate for the next election. Four years ain't going to be enough to fix this mess even for Trump.
Megyn did you know Caitlin Clark is catholic? “We get to live our faith every day. Dowling starts every day with prayer and ends every day with prayer,” Clark told a reporter with the Des Moines Register in 2018. “This is a big reason why Dowling has such a special culture and is such a special place to go to school.”
Re: the South Carolina coach. As the old adage goes, "follow the money!" A University is paying her salary. What would have happened to her had she opposed the policy! There would have been a campus-wide demand for her firing.
No, people long ago were not as stupid as we think they were. Technology was once here and it ruined us and we lost it. People still remembered what stuff was.
Bought the special glasses, headed to the nearby park to see the big event. Lots of people gathered to share the experience and ... it was totally clouded over. Couple of hours after the eclipse, the sky was clear and blue. Of course. 😐

I'm a Republican and I have a hard time understanding why people can't see that Democrat policies lead us to socialism, total government control, but I respect people that are willing to calmly talk about it. I have a relative whom is very liberal and I disagree with just about everything she says when it comes to politics. She will not discuss it. She gets mad and walks out.

Anyone taking a knee during the Nation Anthem needs to learn the story of what the Nation Anthem is about... which is mainly about how normal people (mostly farmers) kept that Flag up to not give up to the British... by day break what was holding our Flag 🇺🇲 up mostly the bodies of the people (mostly farmers) who kept the flag up while the British ships aimed at the flag pole and fired cannon balls at it. If the person fell, a new person took their place.
So those sports players are kneeling on our Patriot Forefather gravers.
WOW! That was quite a well delivered monologue about Trump by that actress! 😂🤣😂Wonder how long she practiced that one in the mirror?!? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I remember experiencing a total eclipse in 70s Australia when I was a kid. My main memories were of the birds settling down to sleep for the “night”, only to be woken again shortly after, and of my dad looking at the eclipse through a welding mask 🌚🌞😀
That actress has lost her marbles. 😂 what a hoot.
Go Megyn. Caitlin Clark is the GOAT!
Tulsi is the best choice for VP. Give Sec of state to Vivek.
I'm getting worried about Dave's health. He is not only a smoker, he is a chain smoker that simply can not do without a cigarette for a hour program.
How is your diet ? When last were you at the gym ? Last but not least... how's your relationship with God ?
Not too long ago, people wouldn’t think twice about seeing someone lighting up on TV. It’s amazing how different things are now. It’s almost taboo nowadays. 😂
He doesn't realize that all the toxic products in the cigarettes remain on his clothing, skin, and hair when he goes home to his wife and children. They get to "enjoy" his second hand smoke. Selfish man.
He also looks terrible, his skin, his eyes, etc., and I can only imagine what inhaling tens of toxic cigarettes a day is doing to his insides.
@@Futhi.Johnson If a person chooses to eat poorly , not exercise, and not take care of their body the only person they are hurting is themselves. Cigarette smoke harms those around them who are forced to breathe the same air space.
I'd be careful of using God to try to protect yourself from the insults of others you spew.
I feel like he lights up as he likes to watch himself smoke. His vibe is 'I'm the cool one...like 1960s cool?'
It used to be that no one in polite company talked about religion or politics. Of course, then, no one thought that your political beliefs equated to whether or not you were a “good” person.
So true! 😣
What a good segment with these three. Megyn, Stu and Dave... like butter.
I love this woman!!
We went to Mexico this past summer, and the Aztec descendants were talking to us a group of tourists about the usage of obsidian. They used to carve out circular pieces of obsidian, and would look at the sun through it, and it would protect their eyes just like the cheap plastic ones everybody is wearing today and that’s how they would look at the eclipse.
I was thinking about RFKj until he started talking about climate and picked a leftist for VP….that’s a hard no for me.
Same here. I admire RFK Jr. but his policies on the 2A and climate change are too far left for me. Trump 2024.
A Democrat is a Democrat and RINOS
Same here. But I live in California. I’d love to see him win the state.
It is a known fact: Right is logical and Critical Thinkers, Left is emotional and sways which ever the wind blows with the LOUD CROWD.
Tolerance is the virtue of people who do not believe in anything.

Megyn is so fascinating and asks the right questions.
Great guests. Thanks!!!!
Trump's choice has absolutely nothing to do with 2028 and beyond. He is worried about now.
I love her podcast so much, a fun lady/ professional! 👏
One of my best friends, deceased now, was ethnically Jewish, male, an atheiest, homosexual and a liberal.
I am female, Christian, heterosexual, Irish and conservative.
We shared important basic principles.....and a sense of humor.
That’s awesome!! 😂
Thank you Stu! I have been saying this about RFKJ all along. “He’s one of us.” NOOOO, he’s not!
YESSSS!!!
Thank you Megyn Kelly for bringing the truth to the forefront!
Dear Megyn,
A drink or an actual boiler production lol
No, absolute NO, on RFK Jr..
You are awesome sweetie, thanks
Even the Solar Eclipse doesn't want anything to do with Hochul's NY.
PATH OF TOTALITY here in Arkansas!! It was BITCHIN!!😂😂😂 Love ya Megyn!!!
When you look at the sun, the visible light makes you look away. During the eclipse itself, with less visible light, it doesn't keep you from turning away from the damaging X-ray wavelength light as quickly.
You go girl!! 💪
Really enjoy Dave and Stu views and interviews 👍 OMG that Trump advert! 😁 That actress 😱😂
Elise Stefanik - a savvy, fearless, intelligent choice - but then her congressional seat is lost. VP must be someone who is not presently in either House
I totally agree. We cannot afford to employ incumbents in this election!
Great show, online topics...keep it up Megyn😊
Alan Simpson quoted LHate often corrodes the vessel it is carried in”. Sadly that statement at George HW Bush’s funeral Was and is forgotten by many today. The forgiveness heals the soul

I saw it and it was great!!!!!!! I live in CT and saw almost a full eclipse, imo, with my glasses on. So exciting.
Omg Dave. That whole Boilermakers thing was hilarious. A boilermaker vs a Husky? A dog? Come on. Lol
Great episode
Dear Megyn,
Racial prejudice is an individual and subjective problem.
No one should refer to a male, pretending to be female as, "she."
Why are we willing to concede truth in service of anyones feelings?
Totality in Evansville, IN and cloud free at the moment if of totality.
Actually way cooler than expected
Yep! I’ve heard a lot of people say before the eclipse that they didn’t understand what the big deal was. AFTER the eclipse, they all talked about how incredible it actually was. That’s pretty cool! 😊
Great broadcasting 😅😅😅
Elon Musk is the only genuine African American either mentioned or seen on this episode.
Love the passion, hate the swearing.
Thanks Caitlin Clark 😁.... keep on dribbling ☺️
Love you Megyn.
Yep, me too! She’s fun (and easy in the eyes!) 😍
For VP = TULSI GABBARD! She's the BEST choice & is a Veteran.
I can’t take this guy puffing away🫣
I’m definitely going to relapse🤦♀️
It looks delicious. 😢
Eat well and pray
😂😂 Is it really making you want to light one up? Is there a ‘Smokers Anonymous’ sponsor you can call? 😂😂
Eclipses aren't that exciting unless you're in the path of totality. That is an amazing experience!
Most of us didn't even see the eclipse! smh the 2017 one was Great but,not the end all be all! Just sayin.
Yeah when I was a kid eclipse was a big deal... like my friend said,it was tantamount to the Pope Visiting the United States! 🙂 SC didn't see much of anything!
I went ahead and set up an appointment with my eye doctor before the eclipse.
I stopped listening to the radio when the oldies station went from playing the temptations and the penguins to the bee gees and the village people...
No Tim Scott!! He completely turned me off when he was onstage with Tucker. He was way too preacher-like and ignored Tucker.
No Katie Britt! Good lord she was so annoying on the SOTU rebuttal. I would be happy never hearing her voice again.
Megyn- - like emoji x 1000. Your show vetted these ideas in reality. Makes my blood boil. Thanks for calling them out!
That trump eclipse thing was hilarious 😆
I do agree with that thinking too
I agree - absolutely no way Trump would pick Scott. Tulsi would be a great pick.
Trumps narcissism would rub tulsi the wrong way sadly. He needs someone like Scott who see can boss. Sad but true
Agreed. She's great. Great combo.
As much as I like Tulsi, Trump's VP pick should be a strong candidate for the next election. Four years ain't going to be enough to fix this mess even for Trump.
In Buffalo NY...cloudy only saw a bit of the eclipse but it got SO dark!!
Im an independent woman and agree with Trump
Thank you! You would be on the right side of history! We need more like you to get our country back! 😊🇺🇸
Well, It's Mistal, one cannot expect better ....
Eclipse? Well, here in the uk we don't have such things 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Sun doesn't exist over here
No, people long ago were not as stupid as we think they were. Technology was once here and it ruined us and we lost it. People still remembered what stuff was.
Watching the show, morphed to 1960 when the cigarette came out. now i think i'll paint my house with lead based paint...
Love you Megan tell it straight
Bought the special glasses, headed to the nearby park to see the big event. Lots of people gathered to share the experience and ... it was totally clouded over. Couple of hours after the eclipse, the sky was clear and blue. Of course. 😐
Bummer! 😢
