I don’t believe in motivation. It’s volatile. It is my firm belief that if you want to change the world, you have to be truly driven to do it. You have to want it so bad, that even when you don’t feel like working at it, you’ll do it anyway. I believe in building habits--positive habits that, when persistently worked at, build towards your goals until you eventually reach them. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, I had been in the darkest place I’d ever been. My mother had just left for Vietnam a month prior and was going to stay there for two more. I was alone. I began to struggle in school. I started losing sleep and wondering what I’d do with myself. While in that dark place, I found my flame. It was exacerbated by the desire to help those who were also lost and broken. Thinking about how I could help those who were stuck at home as well, I realized that I could share my drive online. I would lead by example by showing others just how much one person can accomplish when they are truly driven to do it. I tested my resolve and started producing online content where I’d study every day for 12 hours. It was a big risk. I’d have to invest a lot of money and time into something unprecedented. I was ready, however, and started on March 20, 2020. It’s now March 20, 2021. After over 300 live streams, I studied 2,880 hours and my flame is stronger than the day I started. I built a following of hard workers whose flame was ignited by mine.
The stream was good back then before 200k, people were kind and polite in the chat, they actually came for studying with James, it's the complete opposite now some of the new subs/viewers are very toxic, keep asking about his personal stuff, talking shit about him. If you are not here to study at least don't be toxic. We love you, James, stay happy and take care brotha!
Agreed, as previously it was searched for by people wanting to study, now is a recommended stream for all, the redirection of the general public into the stream was like casting pearls in mud.
Yes when he was at like 40k chat speed was so low and good comments but now hell no everyone criticising him without any reason just because he study . Strange world

@@lovedives @sadhika Singh he appeared to have some sort of red rash on his checks, and people kept on asking him about it on the stream when he said and wrote to stop asking about his face. On his channel there's the video (it's 7.10 minutes long) where he gets angry and ends the stream. Also there appeared to be technical difficulties which also aggravated him.

those interviews every break are worrying me. he told us enough to share his drive at this point. he is pretty confident to be social but he is an introvert and this can lead to "social burnout" if you can name it like that lol (sorry for my english). like you are supposed to rest at the breaks and not filter rude people's comments. that must be so exhausting

i know it might sound so wrong to many of you, but sometimes i really wish that our study community should've stayed small and happy :):
everyone before his bday (also 100k) were so kind and positive and helpful, where everyone stopped here after searching for it
but now, it pops in recommendation of ppl wasting their time on social media, so they jump in the chat and speak nonsense!
i have a suggestion for u james, when u stream, during the breaks, u should not see the youtube chats, instead we all can chat on discord and that community if super helpful and happy :)
and the nonsense over there is so much lower than here!

And no matter what ppl say, somewhere in your mind and heart, u always try to understand why that person told negative abt you, it is human tendency ✌🏻
