Wow !! Not everyone , in fact I don't think the. vast, vast majority of people, could handle buying that amount of stuff, flying down, loading it up, driving back (that had to be hard), renting a locker, unloading and then sorting & selling. You will do very well with this. You work so hard that you deserve to be successful ! I'm looking forward to seeing more videos of the unpacking
The Deal. Several years ago when I owned/operated a discount grocery store I was offered a local party store buyout. The seller was someone we did regular business with and he was really pushing me to make an offer. I knew what I had available and it wasn't our core business but... The best way to figure those kind of deals is "what is per item cost". At a nickle an item I couldn't pass. It ended up being a great deal to add another dimension to our business and if some stuff had to go cheap it didn't matter. Obviously time, labor and moving expenses makes it not "free" though some people thought we got our supplies for 'free'. But our great customers just knew they were getting a great deal - and I raised 4 youngun's to responsible adulthood by that business. Keep up the great work!
I was going to say that you paid $20.000 before you mentioned your costs, but with costs included I suppose that I was spot on, great buy lots of work, but a home run for sure, nice purchase locker nuts.
Hi Jack. I love Locker Nuts! I'm one of your oldest fans (74)), I'm from Salem, Oregon. I think you made a great deal with this buy!! You're going to come out just fine, so not to worry !!❣️ Give Jana my love and the girls, I enjoy when they join you. Take care of yourself.
Hey- thats not to shabby is Bearded Thrift Machines saying. LoL Love watching you. Glad you are well! If you ever need someone to help you go through a locker - get a hold of me!
I think you got a great deal. I think my first guess was close to what you paid. You will definitely make some money and it takes money to make money most of the time. I think you will have another 7 grand into getting 2 more trucks full but even at that you will double your money. I’m happy for you and the family
That Pdiddy joke was bad!😂 If you get a bunch of those little makeup bags that are clean, I would buy them. I use them in my cross stitch bags to keep my threads and needles and scissors in.
Wow!!! 😳 What a deal!! We do storage auctions on my channel, and we usually end up with several units filled with so much goodies than we can handle, we gotta start making deals with people who might want to take some of them off our hands 😅
I was way over with my guess of 30,000, the price you paid is great! A lot of different things and am sure you will do well, a lot of work but a lot of fun too! Enjoying this. :)
Great job jack love your show I think You are a great family man an I love how you are so organized other shows they are just throwing things around you sort as you go I admire organization many should have that trait neet is better than a big mess clean as you go😊
Wow!! You did well!!!! No brainer for sure. You really should look into renting warehouse space-- you could even run your auctions from there, packaging etc. And reclaim your house!!!!!
I look all the time, but a 2,000 square foot space will cost around $4,500 per month plus utilities. This area is so expensive, it's just not feasilble for our business.
Jack, I do not have a great memory, but I know you and the boss lady know what you are doing. So I believe what you paid was probably very well worth it. Also, who busted your lip? Or did the boss lady bite it? (🤭 Sorry, I just couldn't help it). Love yuns!
You got a tremendous deal, I'm sure you'll at least double your total cost (include moving expenses) once all of it is sold. I hope you keep track of the profits off just this house. And keep smelling the perfume -- you r just too funny when you do that. Like a kid who can't stop himself, lol.
8K is a great price. There is such a variety of sellable stuff. It will keep you busy for months! If you average $2 per item you should 4x your expenditure, and some of the stuff you've shown is much more than $2! 😊💜
Definitely did extremely well on this buy at 8k. Secret going forward is keeping expenses under control. No rest for the weary, flea markets weekly maybe twice a week W/N empty that storage unit at 400 a month adds up boy I’m tired just thinking about it 😵💫 need to clone yourself! All The Best to You & the Family! Be Well Be Safe & Stay Blessed.
That is a nice Jeramia red glass they don’t have those that I have seen anymore at BJ restaurant I was just there and they don’t serve talls anymore when I asked
Jack I was thinking no brainer at 6….8 I have to noodle with it a moment. Great merch…..and you are a speed demon when it comes to moving it along. I’ll pay attention……my guess is 24 g (profit) :)
This was a steal at $8k. I thought it would be $13K at least. It is such an interesting variety of goods. It will be interesting to see how much you turn from this. I think a big return is in store.
$8,000. What? I’m was thinking $10k or $15k. I’d say you got a deal for real. There’s a lot of sellable product and you are not digging through nasty garbage. Praying for strength and ability to keep going to get this done.😊❤
Awesome lot of workfor you butthats what u do great deal... havevyou ever looked into buying a perment storage garage etc to store stuff instead of renting units
Yes, but around here warehouses rent for over $2 a square foot, and to purchase a 2,000 sq ft space we are looking at around $750k. It just doesn't make sense.
I guessed 12k so adding your additional costs I was close 😂. People questioning how much you pay for a unit? You've obviously have made a successful business from what you do, so I think you know what you're doing 👍
Bro I was guessing like $20k. $8k is a bonkers deal. I bet you have $50k profit when all said and done. Obviously a ton of work, but sweet score! Congrats!
Was anyone aware that some states are requiring you to get an auctioneer license to do auction on ebay and whatnot if you do over 10,000 in auction sales and more states are talking about going that same route

Great deal jack
If you do the hard work, any business deal you make your money on will support your family, and you are the only one who knows what is right for you.
I was watching a guy who is a jeweler and he had mentioned that goldfilled is worth more than silver right now. J Abrams i think was his name .
Wow!! You did well!!!! No brainer for sure. You really should look into renting warehouse space-- you could even run your auctions from there, packaging etc. And reclaim your house!!!!!

I didn’t guess before, but I was thinking $17,000. $8,000 seems like a great deal!
I am loving this video, and so cheap.
Wow. Thats a great price. I had presumed he was looking for the £30,000 t for his house with a £10K logistic bill to you , so £20k.

There are probably a bunch of pearl clutchers on Blusky that would buy the face masks.
Why would you settle for 20 for the jorden y shoes at the flea, when you could get 40 on the bay or live auc.??
I think you did great!

A new treager is about 700 well they were 3 yrs ago.
Wow! I hadn't looked them up yet. I hope it's worth even half of that.
@ you’ll see when you look it up there’s 2 sizes.
Was anyone aware that some states are requiring you to get an auctioneer license to do auction on ebay and whatnot if you do over 10,000 in auction sales and more states are talking about going that same route
That’s a great price, my guess was about 25,000
Not bad for a payment, I was thinking higher.
could you use a trailer with the U-Haul?
Yes, you can, but no way I would risk that. The truck was already super heavy.
