Quick Trip To Le Touquet: Fly There And Back In A Day!

Le Touquet has to be the easiest destination in France for UK pilots. It offers an easy-to-use airport, a great town, lots of good restaurants and an enormous beach (and tennis, and golf etc, etc.).
We popped over for the day and found it heaving!

Fond memories. Used to do that trip almost every weekend in the early 2000's out of Earls Colne via Southend, Whitstable, Dover and then on to Le Touq, Calais, Oostende or sometimes Abbeville. I often considered it an aerial battlefield tour respecting those who followed the same route under very different circumstances.
