That first song... it opened up a lot of wonderful memories. Memories with people that are no longer in my life. Either my time naturally splitting is apart or taken into my own hands... God. I’m so... UGH!
You bet, but if there is one part of this movie that I would watch, it’s the end of the end just for the songs. The people that worked on this film being credited to a much lesser extent because they only did a strong job with the music and the animation to a lesser extent over the writing, characters, script, writing, humour and ruination of the legacy of the franchise.
My problem is nothing epic on the scale of escaping the dragon (shrek 1) or I need a hero (shrek 2) ever happens. They should have had Shrek and the others search for Excalibur or the holy grail.
Finally someone who agrees that Shrek 3 is not as as people say it is. Sure it's not 2, but what is? I happen to find 3 to be a great way to spend time (4 as well).

Shrek the Third is insanely underrated. In fact, it's me and my brother's favorite Shrek movie besides Shrek 2. Yeah, the King having 2 mid-sentence fake-out deaths before dying for real after finishing what he meant to say wasn't a good look, but to me and my brother, it didn't matter at all.

And just like that it was over without fairy godmother or her son prince charming alive there was nothing left of their evil legacy and conniving schemes. This is definitely why this movie should've scored a 95% on Rotten Tomatoes. But it instead scored a 41%. This maybe because of the King's death.
