Wow he's really grown up some.i remember when this came out about in the of 1992,back when I a freshman in high school
This song makes me remember the times i didnt want to spend with my old man as a kid cause i was too "busy" doing silly stuffs... i regret a lot and im not gonna wait him to pass away to show him some love and affection and spend more time with the person who raised me right and taught me how to live with respect and honesty. Dont waste any time, tell your daddy u love him until is too late to do it
Since i was 11 till now 44, my appreciation and admiration to UKJ has never changed...
I've listened this song as a kid but you have to grow up to understand it...it makes me cry.
My son is moving to Osaka for his new job, I see myself in the middle of my dad who passed 2 years ago and my sun with his bright future ahead. This is a scary song because it paints the truest picture. This is so strong and your performance well done. I like the key instead of the original F, good licks.
