I have a 60yr old classical Yamaha guitar I have 2 spoons of ashes in that guitar, 1 is my mother the other is my brother. You are my current favorite player in the world, above Ry Cooder hard for me to say that but your sound is music to my heart. Its were i belong. Thank you so very much.
My daughter bought me a Gretsch Honey dripper recently for my birthday. Im putting a Lawler Zenn pick up on the neck soon, Muddy Waters invented electricity right. Im also on the hunt for some vintage knobs for this custom set up. I will put together some bullshit slide song not even remotely near your plane of playing, just something to respect and honour you. Expect it.. thank you again and please be well.
I honestly feel music is dead and you are the saviour. You take me to happiness my beatiful friend. I have a 1957 Kohlert Tenor sax I would be so honored to gift you. Honestly you cant find one on Ebay. I love you that much. Eric Clapton sit dwn lol. I was thinking about professionally restoring it and gifting it to a young poor prodigy. The value is in the player. To a university. It would atleast be my part in preservation. Finding you was like finding a Rolex in a walk on the beach. Thank you dir sir respectfully. I wish you were my guitar teacher.
@@daddystovepipe I empathize with situation. I just bought one a couple of months ago. I'm still getting acquainted with it. It was very stiff, if that's the right word, but is loosening up the more I play it. Also, I was not used to the wide string spacing which has been challenging for my hands. There is a balance in technique because it likes a delicate touch but It takes a lot of strength, for example, in bending strings.
@@chuckbouscaren3898 indeed, the stiffness was surprising for a guitar with a short scale. You could try a custom light string set, I use D'Addario EJ26
