You need to skip Yellow Turban Menace in act one. Then in act two, you have to go in the fort and defeat Fan Chou. After that, go fight Han Xiong. After you defeated Hua Xiong, you should get a cut-scene as well as Yuan Shao saying something like "Who defeated Hua Xiong". Finish the act and you will get a tale for Guan Yu's escape.

I play Liu Bei in acte 2 and I can't to unlock this level for the body guard scroll
