Thanks It is necessary to add the python path to the user variables section. It worked when I added it there

it allow us to access python from any folder in the computer just by typing python.
if we don't do this then every time when we need python we need to provide full path ( python installation location and program name )

you can append to the path entries.
add a semicolon and then paste the path you copied and then again add a semicolon.
