Thank you for this. I just started BJJ and have very limited flexibility especially in my hips/legs. Had a knee surgery that i have not properly rehabbed and my hips are so limited with movement.
I've had 3 knee surgeries and ton of injuries from football and powerlifting. check out smashwerx channel it literally changed my life so I can now do the things I love without pain. He really knows his stuff to regain mobility and performance and its not all the trash rehab that doesn't work that most channels will try and sell
let’s do it! I’m giving my friend a 30 days weight-loss challenge with a product called Yangsen too and he’s doing exceptional well now, losing 5kg within a span of 15 days! Quick tip - replace “less” with “fewer”. Sorry, pet peeve. I realize that we are a bunch of dirty grapplers so it might not matter much, but it don’t cost nothin. Osss!
I like the deep squat a lot. I like to also shift my weight from side to side in that position and to twist left to right in that position too. I also like to take a wider stance and to shift from side to side, with my feet so far apart that once shifted to one side, my other leg is straight.

Hey man, great question. You can actually use this routine as a warm-up, so feel free to go straight into them.
Question for everyone.... are planning on using this before class as a warm up or first thing in the morning type thing? Any ideas?
