- This is the final part of the family iqama visa process. In this video, I have explained the whole process of getting the iqama or residence permit card issued from Jawazat or the passport office. The family iqama visa whole process must be followed strictly as per the guidelines of authorities.

CORRECTION: A medical report also needs to be taken after arrival. You can take this medical test at any medical center, normally it costs from 200 to 500 depending on where you get it from.

Hi sorry but I dont understand your video. I have one question- I have my dependent iqama (digital) but hasn't received the physical card. Is this something I have to do on my end to get/pick it up? Do I have to request for the physical card or will it be send to my sponsor's (in my case my husband employer) Please help

I have been interviewed for IT Project Manager and company is offering 3 months visa then renewed again till 1 Year. After 1 Year they are saying IQAMA will be applied.
Reason they mentioned is that it has cost so they will wait for 1 Year.

CORRECTION: While raising request on absher, instead of selecting "Seperate Dependent" value in the Service dropdown, we need to select "Add Dependent" Value. Otherwise request will be rejected. it could be filled in english as well.

How much time will it take sir for this complete procedure ..? And secondly can exit and re-enter the country before issuance of iqama incase of an emergency ...?
No you cannot exit without issuing the iqama. The whole process takes 2 to 3 hours once your medical insurance is active.

dear first do medical test & then pay fee separately for each dependent. I believe you are using head id to pay all dependent fees which is wrong.

Online can be applied by your employer only.

You need to pay the dependant fees until the expiry of your own iqama. The above docs are fine. you can create 1 file.

Bro i have three dependents so i can submit three separate request in absher or only one request for all memebers.
Bilal sahab I got the iqama number for wife son and one daughter but another daughter it is asking to dear Beneficiary payment of fee 94
Probably associate fees not completely paid for your 2nd daughter. Check how much balance was deducted and try again.

- Upon arriving in KSA, family medical test or report is not required as of March 2024. As i have received family iqama without doing the medical test here.

Hi just want to highlight - When you are in Tawasul under the service drop down "Check out 10:27" . Our brother Bilal mistakenly said Idafa Fassal Tabe3 (which is confusing as there Is IDAFA TABE3 which means Add Dependent and there is also FASSAL TABE3 which means Separate Dependent thus need to select IDAFA TABE3. On the other Hand JazakAllah Brother for your video, this will help so many people (Me included) which saves so much time and hassle.

When you are inside tawasul - select Resident services ( inside kingdom) - Add dependent- select iqama number for the family head or sponsor - in next tab put the boarder number , attach file , in description mention new iqama for boarder number xxxx and submit . if your fees are paid as per your iqama validity then you will get notification. if you process in first hours you will get notification on same day , else expect notification on next day ,
I need guidance . I came on work visa along with my family. My two daughters got mistakenly got wrong visa ( their visa is being linked with my kafeel ID ) . Now their border number can not be linked with my IQAMA number . Insurance can not be done , so iqama is pending . Where and who can fix this issue .

@@Bilal.Qureshi one more question . Now a days when you are submitting request for family iqama , ABSHER charge you 2000 SR of new request submission. Problem is if request rejected due to minor issue , same request can not be submitted as no option of re submission . If I will submit same application with new request , will charge again 2000 SR or they will consider the previous amount

Assalam U Aliakum Brother. I have 3 dependents. While submitting my request through Tawasul for issuance of Iqama there is only 1 MB option for attachment, Whlie for 3 persons it's not possible to compress it to 1 MB, can I request separtely for each of my dependent .? Kindly Reply
yes you can, also you can visit compressor.io to compress the same file.

Your company has nothing to do with the dependant iqama. Your sponsor (father) or anyone who has sponsored you has to get you the iqama.

Just to add the misinformation for the documents to be uploaded in tawasul for the newly family arrived to KSA, not all the documents needs to be uploaded which you have mentioned in your video only Iqama, family visa printouts, family passports copy and jawazat istamara.
Just wasted my time and money to the offices outside jawazat and they submit the tawasul request on my behalf.

If husband(engineer) gets job in saudia and wife(doctor) and kids move with him and wife searches for medical job there then she would also have to pay for dependent and aqama fee or only husband will pay annually? Thanks
if the wife is under sponsoship of husband then yes must pay the dependent fee, if the wife gets a job and can her iqama transferred to the employer then no longer required to pay for the dependent fee.

Yes, you are eligible to work on the same iqama in the education sector only. Otherwise, yes, Iqama is transferable. You can get a job anywhere you are able to and get the iqama transferred. Also, if you leave the job, you can get transferred under your spouse sponsorship again
Hi, I went to jawazat today for iqama print for my newborn inside KSA. They guy reviewed all documents including tawasul approval and said no need to print iqama for dependents and said its not required. What to do in this case as he refused to print the iqama card?

@@nazmulalam6362 You must pay the fees up to the expiry date or if you are renewing your iqama then up to 1 year. if you pay the fees for 3 months your iqama will be renewed for 3 months

In my case enrollment in insurance was only done after the medical report results.
1st. Medical from govt authorized center NEED BORDER Number for it. I paid 405 that included picture. If I've got connection before it would be around 120 -150 sar.
2nd, Enrollment in Insurance with the same BORDER Number
3rd. once these 2 above are done , you can pay dependent fee in your bank
Now I went to Jawazat in my city Al-Kharj, they refused to entertain since my company is in Riyadh. I went to Riyadh office. NO HELP there and ARABIC IS MUST. so they asked for non marriage certificates fro my daughters elder then 18 years, and for son they said he cannot be under my iqama after 17. I said it is already approved in Absher but they said it is 18 years Hijri dates. but it was not mentioned in any of the conditions in Absher.

You cannot convert the Visa on arrival visit visa into iqama Unless the mother is available in KSA also on valid iqama.

Efada only needs to be updated in the system. No need of PDF to be shared with any authority

first register your newborn in absher. then fill the normal iqama print form with 2 pictures. take appointment and go to nearest jawazat.

You can buy insurance outside also since you are the sponsor or you can pay to your sponsor for insurance. No need of istiqdam.

How important arabic names on iqamas of family? In my family Iqama english names are written correctly however arabic names have few mistakes

i have one question after getting yellow paper can we face any difficulty for MOFA attestation as i want to mention here current profession and iqama profession are not same we got yello paper after soooo much difficulty bt Allhamdolillah got it, tell me please is there any difficulty in MOFA attestation because it's almost 4 worky days attestation is still under process.
once you got the yellow slip. Thats all. You can proceed to stamp visa in home country.

what about when the digital iqama is showing wrong name in arabic then what should u do ,,?
You will need to book an appointment with jawazat again to fix it seperately

What if iqama will be expire within 90days of the family arrival
Then you can issue the family iqama after renewal.

@@Bilal.Qureshi I have the same case my family arrived on iqama is expiring on which is under 3 month relaxation period to get family iqama. When I try to pay the levy it shows @syedsalam3140 were you able to issue family iqama before renewal of your Iqama.

Bcoz we need to pay first levy fee then our iqama can get renew by our employer, as my iqama going to expire on 28jan 2024,

@@anwareshehbaz1286 You can only renew your iqama as per the duration which you paid levy. if you pay 3 months levy your iqama will be renewed fro 3 months only.
