Thank you so much! Your vedio is very helpful. Now I can teach my 2nd graders syllables divisions:) Can I ask you one question? I have seen that piano is 3 syllables [pi-a-no]. Is there any rules about this one? I thought [pia-no] was correct one.
Thank you so much Anna for making the vedio. My kid made mistake while doing time + ing ,can u make a short vedio of it. While we practicing other words like cold It is long vowel sound but closed syllable. Is there exception for those type of words.
In American Cambridge Dictionary, i see: They write the word 'menu' is /ˈmen.ju/, but i hear many native American speakers say /ˈme.nju/ They write the word 'city' is /ˈsɪt̬·i/, but i hear many native American speakers say /ˈsɪ.t̬i/ /ˈmen.ju/ and /ˈme.nju/, which is correct? Is there any different when speaking these two syllable types. /ˈsɪt̬·i/ and /ˈsɪ.t̬i/, which is correct? Is there any different when speaking these two syllable types. Thanks!

Great teaching strategies! Have you done a video on -ed and the different ways it's pronounced ?
I love you videos. I would like to know if you can explain and provide ideas on how to teach high frequency words.
We can definitely add this to the list for potential upcoming videos.. thanks so much for your comment.
