The agility update a month later has see through nets with the sliding so players can be aware of dangerous sliding. Also the awkward sliding part in Poisonous Chasm was removed. And the door pipes were nerfed in Abandoned Facility
Funny enough, if you are on a zip line and submerged in a liquid(acid or water), then you’ll ignore the physics but still lose air as the game thinks you’re underwater.
i found another change that is a bit useful in lose desert and magmatic mines (i didn't found any other map have this) they have the same feature that the rock wall in lost desert is not collapse but instead it fell down and dissapear and same for magmatic mines

I’m late, but I’d figured I’d comment anyways. The sliding and zipline mechanics are very good, and I personally think the controls for sliding are good, but the thing is that in every current map, the slide spots and many of the zipline spots are all extremely awkward and don’t fit very well in each map. Of course it probably would be hard to put them in areas that wouldn’t disrupt the gameplay as the paths for each map were determined when they were first made, and you can’t really work around that. One outlier is in Sedimentary Temple, where the zipline is an alternate path. It’s not obstructive, works well, and you don’t have to use it if you don’t want to. Continuing with maps, I also really dislike how many of the shortcuts were removed. Is it terrible? No, but I would prefer having the shortcuts, because many of them were fun and some were a little challenging. Conclusion: I can see a lot of potential in the update, but it’s just a little awkward in it’s current state.

if ur in lava and u die in lava while on a zipline the game teleports you to the end of the zipline before dying.
