I'm cracking up!!! After I got my wisdom teeth removed I remember my mom telling me okay I'm going inside the pharmacy to get your meds. And I said oh no I'm going with you. She's like no you're not you are staying here with him (my then bf now hubby) and I was like oh no we are going SHOPPPPINGGGG and then I fell asleep 😂😂😂
GIRL YOU ARE SO BRAVE TO DO THIS BEFORE THE WEDDING. I had 2 pulled at once and they hit a nerve and I had no feeling in half my jaw for 6 months!!! 🫢
AH omg thank goodness that didn’t happen to me. I was too scared of leaving them in and getting infected for wedding day or my teeth shifting
The older you get the more likely it is for them to hit a nerve. My husband still doesn’t have feeling from when his were taken out years ago.

I was 25 and they hit a nerve on me and I couldn't feel for weeks but the thing of it was that it was after hrs and my Dentist came in for me anyhow(so sweet of him ) but he never had any assistance so he pulled two without taking X-rays so thats why he got my nerve everyone was telling me I should sue him bc of the numbness (I couldn't feel when I drank or couldn't open my mouth right so everything I ate or drank)would dripp down my chin ugh 😝 but I couldn't bring myself to do something like that to him being as he came in after hrs and was very busy on his farm, and all in Gods grace and time my feelings finally came back ....I have been scared every since though ❣️You were very brave too do this before your Wedding ❣️💕

Those Idahoan mashed potatoes are actually good, but mostly only like the Baby Red one. Idk if I’ve tried flavor you had and didn’t like. The baby reds are so good though as long as you fluffy them up good. My mom mixes in sour cream and shredded cheese to them occasionally!

This is the part that FREAKS me OUT!! Like, what does it feel like? How do they do it? What does it feel like when they put the stuff in, like do you get sleepy or is more like wide awake to instantly out? Could you have kept your eyes open if you would have tried or is it impossible? Haha. Basically whatever you remember about that part would be helpful. Thanks so much!

I see everyone getting so lucky with s sedation for their wisdom teeth, but I had to sit through my fully away hearing everything 😩 but tbh it honestly wasn’t even bad, and I was feeling fine the next day. Didn’t even need pain meds etc

Its odd seeing full anaesthesia for wisdom teeth, in the uk, it normally a gum injection and they pull them out and you are concious, very rare you get put under
Hers were under the gums so they had to open the gums up to take them out. If all the wisdom teeth are out, I think you could have them pulled like a regular tooth.
@melissavanryn4382 I'm British so it's v common to just leave teeth is there are no issues. I'm glad allisa did what was right for her, it's just merely an observation never a criticism. Some medical care differs from country to country and it was just curious

When I got my wisdom teeth removed I didn’t feel no pain and i was eating normal after even though I wasn’t supposed too😂.
I drank pineapple juice before my surgery it helped with the swelling and pain I believe I had 3 pulled at once
What did they give you?!! I have had multiple surgeries with anesthesia and have never felt like that 😂😮

Uhhhh i did all 4 as well when i was 17y old. And was so unfit for more then a week. I remember only eating watery soup and mashed potatos thru a Straw. I was so swollen as well. I wish you luck❤
Did you get general anesthesia for your wisdom teeth surgery? Where I live in Canada you get conscious sedation. You’re awake but you go into lala land essentially
So different from uk here we get a shot in mouth to numb it and they pull it out while your awake unless there is a problem with them or the hospital have to do it I had mine out and went straight back to work with 30mins of walking out the dentist
My parents couldn’t afford dental care growing up , so I never had my wisdom teeth checks until I was 26, I wish I got them removed sooner. My first premolars on both sides on the tooth literally fell out in the span of 2 years while my too wisdom teeth grew in.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out last year. I didn’t tell my sister about it, and when I was in the pharmacy getting the prescription she FaceTimed my sister sobbing with blood all over her mouth and scared the shit out of my sister.
