When you guys started talking about soundtracks I was expecting all these different things, and y'all didn't mention any of the ones I would even think to mention, except for Mortal Kombat (which is a fucking great soundtrack). The TMNT and Batman soundtracks were formative for me. Singles, Hackers, THE CROW, Spawn, Godzilla '98, The Matrix!! Hell, even Mortal Kombat Annihilation and The Crow: City of Angels, two god damn terrible movies, have great soundtracks.
I'm sorry I agree with Kevin. Down the street means maybe half a mile at most. Not 1 1/2 fucking miles. If we are walking 1 mile down I'm getting in the car.
Counterpoint, if you are spending less than five minutes in the car to get there, would you not also say it’s “just down the street”? I feel like the yardstick is 10 min or less walking and 5 min or less driving. If it fits either of those, it’s down the street.
