DC's most beloved dog, Romo, moving out of Adams Morgan neighborhood

We are certainly in the middle of the dog days of summer right now. But in one Adams Morgan neighborhood, every day is a dog's day. This pooch has become a beloved local celebrity in D.C. But sadly, that is about to change. FOX 5's Jennifer Davis has the story.
