"At sidde" is the state of being seated. "At sætte sig" is the action to sit, and is more appropriate.
What did you say? -> Hvad siger du?
"Hvad sagde du?" is technically correct, but in practice people use the present form.
A bunch of other weird choices throughout the video, I don't really have time to detail them all.
I don't think these sentences have been validated by native speakers.
