    Loving these quick adventures! Dr. wickham sounds like a pompous arse, love it 😄I could see Zander’s eyes rolling when he said “By Jove I think I’ve got it!”

    Another neat, fast paced adventure. Tiny Cthulhu plays really nicely solo. Please, keep more coming! Thx !

    Like the layout of the character sheet and using the space for dice, tokens, etc. How about putting their wound dice on top of the Benny Tokens to minimize them being hit by the combat/action dice. Really enjoyed watching our intrepid heroes in their fantastic journeys! One thing I do know, they aren't getting paid enough by their patron! 🤣

    Great series and great system. Just started my own solo game in the Star Wars universe with Tiny Frontiers. Works great. One question. Is rolling initiative every round a house rule? Because in Tiny Frontiers it states, that initiative is determined at the start of combat and stays the same during the conflict.

      Hello! Welcome to the channel!!
      I suppose round by round initiative is a house rule. I have been so steeped in my own system I forgot that is how the Tiny d6 system runs! Ha!
      I have been playing a lot of old school systems (Castles & Crusades, Old School Essentials) lately and really like how much tension round by round initiative brings to combat. That’s also the reason I baked round by round initiative into my Six Dice Systems featured here on my channel as well. So, I will continue to run Tiny Pulp with round by round because it adds more to combat.

      @@magehammersgametable Your own system is on my list to check out. Having played d20 systems the last years I have fallen in love with the d6 recently and have been trying out d6 based systems.

      @@carstenrossner358 I have been fascinated with d6 systems for some time now. Something to be said for just being able to pick up dice from old board games and use them for fantastic adventures…

    This system looks really like fun. Could you compare it to the new game by critical role?

      Candela Obscura does share a bit of similarities for sure, but is a different messy altogether. I am a huge fan of the humble d6, and there is a huge resurgence of d6 games. This one included!
      It is fun! Believe it or not, I am looking forward to conquering this game. I really want a character to go 6 missions. Fingers crossed.
      Thanks for watching:

    I just started playing Tinyd6 can anyone please tell me if the enemies can also, make double actions , i know they can move and attack, but can they move move or attack attack? Can they also use the Dodge and Focus action? Right now i'm playing like they can do anything a player can do, but its Hard, for example 4 ranged enemies means 8 attacks coming my way, im only playing with 2 characters, if i'm unlucky one dies in the first round immediately , is this correct?
    Thank you.

    • @magehammersgametable
      @magehammersgametable  Год назад +1

      That has always been unclear to me. I believe, though, the opponents also have two actions a combat turn.
      However, in fantasy games, I think it can be a bit too much, and I make it that the lower hp creatures only have 1 action per round and the ‘boss’ creatures have two actions like the PCs.
      For example, the heroes encounter a band of goblins. The four goblins have one action and their chief has two.
      That’s how I do it. And it seems to work for me and my players.
      For my Pulp campaign, I give the enemies two actions each round regardless of hp.
      Some advice I have seen is that some people make sure the enemy creatures take the focus action or the evade action or has them move then attack instead of just choosing two attack actions a turn.
      Hope that helps.

      @@Bisclas My pleasure! Have fun gaming!!

    • @magehammersgametable
      @magehammersgametable  Год назад +1

      Also, I remembered another thing I do. If I want to give the opponents two actions a round, I simply reduce the number of opponents. So, if an adventure calls for 8 enemies in an encounter, I just make it 4. That way if they do end up making two attacks each round it’s 8 attacks, which is what 8 opponents in another game system would have.

    • @Bisclas
      @Bisclas Год назад +1

      @@magehammersgametable yeah, we have to tinker a little the rules because they are not clear, but I think that's the point of the tinyD6 rules. By the way Excellent campaign you have going on here :)
