This was a useful tutorial to explain the SEIGE system! My players and I use the second method you described, where the base difficulty is always 18, and you add +6 if its a primary stat. A House Rule that we have is that for any class ability attempted where you're not that class, you can't add your level. It's a little less arbitrary that way. Thanks for making this video - happy gaming!

Excellent video!! Did you modify the Initiative rules? Usually each individual/group involved roll a standard 2d6 roll and add up the total. Activations are from highest to lowest (ties go to Explorers and ties between Explorers are rerolled but I usually just let the players choose at that point) and remains the same order during the combat. If so, no biggie just wondering if there was a change somewhere. This is a great system. Simple rules but enough choices to keep it from getting stale. Thanks for posting and looking forward to more!!
