Also corporates don't have ethics , If they have a requirement they hire , Buy out from the other company, also give him a joining bonus, if you don't give them your experience & relieving letters(if the candidate is absconding from the other company they will hire you .) they will consider your pay slips as experience & they will hire you. once they don't require you immediately you are on bench or relieved.

Please help me on this, any suggestions on this will help a lot. Thank you.
