I give Holland another year so long as he only gets a little more than how he played this year. He was fantastic last year, he has a lot of potential and he might just need a bounceback from the injury. I also like Anthony Walker Jr. The idea of getting rid of everyone at any position leads to hit or miss. We need some consistency to build on. And he is better than Duke and Long full stop. And I honestly don't think he's been bad. Our defense hasn't been able to see TEs on the field for a few years now. And as bad as Tight Ends have abused us this year, it's actually not as bad as last year. But yeah Eich, and Poyer cannot start for us next year. Poyer would be a fine depth (assuming he is willing to take backup money), and I could stomach Eich as a backup (assuming we continue the trend of not adequately addressing our o-line personnel). Bad as he is, Tackles are in such high demand he wouldn't be on our practice squad for long. Julian Hill is a body. Honesly he's been more of a detriment than an asset (probably the only one on the list I would say that about). If you are undisciplined, you had better be REALLY talented. He's not.
The problem with Holland that I see is he always seems to be the 1st guy to play after it's over. He's gone from a potential play maker to an interview of a witness of play that should have been made sooner. Is that our coach's fault of inability in player progression or has he turned into the marshmallow player that seems to know it all except the 100% effort part. Either way this has gone on too long in the Dolphin organization and must change. Is it too late to save Holland? At these signing #'s ...Yes. 1/2 those #'s I'd keep him around but we all know that's not happening. Still, it comes back to what's gone on too long as a team and how to change it. Bigger issues at Safety where we might want to move Ramsey to Safety - big enough, fast enough, good tackler and has said he is willing - and use #1 draft at Safety. A couple of these younger corners need to step up and develop. Unfortunately the salary cap will be the end of Chubb. No mention of whether to bring back Phillips.

eich is one of the main reasons Tua has been injured and not shine even more, not to mention support fir the RBs
Next year, we plan to start the 5 fastest RB for our OL. Who needs blocking when you have that kind of speed!
