Hopped into a quads for my first match yesterday and we almost won! I like the new map a lot, only complaint is visibility stuff (lot of times where I can barely see people running default character skins).
I’ll admit - I use the default skin, but only because I like it. I do agree that it is a tad bit dark

No, it depends on the range, shot placement, stats, and other things than just whether it's bolt action or not.
Like the Longbow absolutely should not be except for headshots at pretty close range, otherwise it would outclass every other sniper.
