I've been a Ford auto tech since 1985, boy oh boy have I seen all the drive train technology changes first hand as well as electrical/digital changes. I really am proud of FoMoCo and it's technology, always staying ahead of the game. Ford has given me and my family every thing we have ever needed. I will be retiring next year God willing. Time to go to the store now, will be driving my 1977 F-250 Ranger XLT,,,,,,, ;-}

My concern with electric vehicles is the lifespan of the batteries and the cost of replacement of the batteries.
I would love to someday buy one but I'd hate to spend that kind of money only have to spend thousands of dollars several years down the road just for battery replacement.

I'm unsure if ford reads these but.
Ford I noticed a electric charger in the background. I know that charger was talked about in the part. Do you plan/still plan on developing your on ford elusive network of electric charging stations? Will you partner with another company to install and potentially maintain this ford exclusive network? And will this network be eventually available to non ford vehicles for a mark up price?
Also due to the fact that ford was considering a partnership with rivian is it possible that this ford network be open up to rivians vehicles frist? Than other companies vehicles?
Sorry for the questions. I'm really interested in Ford and its electric future. Ford really is trying to provide a seamless and painless transition to electric vehicles for consumers.

Awesome! Only in my dream I can drive this great Truck. I am one of your fun from PH. I drive old model Ford Everest 2007 own by my sister. Still running today. The only major problem i encounter last 2018 is the transmission reverse won't function. They overhaul the transmission. My dream truck is Ranger Raptor. But no money to buy.

With all the horsepower and torque, could you imagine how much it could tow if it had leaf springs in the back and a solid rear axle. I would guess at least 15,000 lbs.

I’m happy to see Ford might have made a truck that doesn’t shake and shutter then eventually stall at a red light or highway exit just like my F150 does what a joke my dream truck and I’m scared to drive it. Might I add only 89,000 miles on it.
