    great insight and amazing programming/facility! 1 Question though: How long do your typical workouts take for let's say your adult athletes? Do you cram in mobility, ladder, sprinting in 30 min, do another 30-45 min in the weight room and finish off with +10min of cardio?

    The workout outline on the TV are they just made on word or excel or something else?

      Adult program is displayed on the TVs. Athlete programs are printed out excel sheets.

      They're not "speed ladders." They don't help you develop speed at all. They are, however helpful for general warm-up and basic movement coordination for youth athletes or older Gen Pop adults.
