Nice train but the title is misleading, because this is NOT by any means a “bullet train” aka High Speed Train. This is just an Alstom Coradia, 160 Km/h max speed that runs on a 55 km line. Pretty standard local train. Of course comparing this to many other African railroads, it’s amazing, but per se, is far from a real “bullet train". The only High Speed Train in Africa is the Al Boraq line in Morocco. On that line (350 km length, so definitely a legit line) the Alstom Euroduplex trains run at a max speed of 320 Km/h.

You don't have first etc class in metro services, which are city transport service, you can only have various types of classes on intercity, interstate etc. those are long distance services to enable comfort for the commuters who can afford higher charges for their comfort on the journey. Take note.

These are Alstom Regiolis trains, A TER (transport express regional) isn't a bullet train. The track from Saint-Louis to Dakar had been opened in 1885. Now it hardly runs to Rufisque a Dakar suburb?
