Healing Meditation 7 16 24 'God inside'

Debra guides us this week to actually tap into the One Presence in the nucleus of each of our cells. "Yes, God is outside of us," she reminds us, "And God is also the very essence of our human bodies." We cannot (nor would we want to) separate ourselves from the Infinite. At the same time, we can allow MORE of the Divine Presence to be present in, through, and as us. This practice shows us how to call forth our innate divinity so that we may express more of it in our daily lives... to create more peace, courage, serenity and especially unconditional love.
