Saw KRS in Santa Barbara in 2004 on front of about 300 fans, then again in Ventura several years later in front of a similar crowd(both were small venues to begin with). KRS treated these shows like a 20,000 seat arena. He didn't do any less of a show, shorten it, or say fuck it, a few hundred people ain't worth it. No, he rocked them shows. He was signing posters while performing, he was dope! A true showman!
I actually PREFER the smaller, more intimate, concerts… in some dirty little club somewhere… that's how Hip Hop started and we should never lose that essence of it… the small, DEDICATED crowd.
A legend..He did a show nearby..I mean the effort to come to the Netherlands, and perform all over instead only Amst'dam and some other bigger cities. Just saying if you would know where I live😂...bit he has his biggest fans around here!!! Anywhere!!!
