Ashley I used to watch that Disneyland Fun tape over and over! I love it so much and I just found it for my twins to watch it on RUclips. So many core memories unlocked for me.
Seeing this episode made me honestly emotional for two reason, the last time I was in Disneyland the last thing I saw before leaving was magic happens, and I miss it, and because it just makes me so happy to see parents as good as you too, it gives me more faith in the world, thank you for all that you do, Always Believe!

My last trip to Disney I did the dinning plan for the parade and thought it was worth it, granted I'm just a single person but yes, had a wonderful time. I think chocolate cream pie I might take over chocolate cake because of the yummy crust and whipped cream. But chocolate anything is the best. I think at a place like knotts you have to get the Boysenberry Pie it’s always the best. So I guess it just depends.
Carrot cake in my opinion is superior. However, in terms of the chocolate cake/pie debate, I'd go for the cake. For me, pecan pie is the superior pie, and a close second is pumpkin pie.
I'm gonna go off the list and say I'd prefer coffee cake. However, Blue Bayou used to have a chocolate pecan pie that was amazing. Sadly, I don't think they serve it anymore.
I did the Plaza Inn Parade Package for the MSEP a few years ago and now I do it every visit. The food is decent but the reserved parade viewing is worth more than the package costs. Being able to walk up to the flag pole as the parade is stepping off and knowing you’ve got an amazing view ready to go makes the park day easier. So glad you got to experience it.

No one does a parade better than Disney! We went to Disneyland in May last year for the 100th and Magic Happens was EPIC!! I’m always so blown away by how awesome the floats are in Disney parades, so amazing !
The Plaza Inn character breakfasts were my favourite thing to do when the kids were young. So many great memories. Captain Hook was fawning over my youngest and playing with her. So much fun.
