Disneyland newbie question: is this the only parade at DLR and DCA?

Currently yes, it is the only full blown parade. There is also the Mulan’s Lunar New Year Processional in Disney California Adventure for a few more weeks and then later this spring the Better Together parade will arrive in that park as part of Pixar Fest!
