Haha I think the rational behind my statment would win over yours. So in the grand scheme of things, not much, but as opposed to yours, yes. As far as the wager, that's just far too long term of a bet to accept. And hey I could definitely be wrong haha, but based on this kids sheer skill and ability I'd say it's likely that he'll be at the very least top 10 in the world at some point (If he keeps it up). Take it easy man.
The difference is; many surfers compile highlight reels but not many consistently put them together in 35 min heats
