*Alternatives:*
*Nutmeg: same amount of cinnamon powder*
*Vanilla: double amount of honey/ Maple Syrup*
*Egg: half mashed banana or half boiled apple puree*
*Yoghurt: 1.5 tablespoon milk + 0.5 tablespoon lemon/lime juice or vinegar (this is for 2 tablespoons yoghurt)*
