@@shreyapillai4841 rest of the ingredients will be doubled but baking powder and soda will remain same. Use curd as needed. Do not add too much

Hi mera bhi dough bohot geela hi ho gaya even though maine barely 3tbs dahi milaya tha aur maida mila ke theek hua. Abhi donut banane hain to final result to main baad hi bata paungi lekin iska kya reason ho sakta hai? Fresh powdered sugar ki wajah se? Maine ussi waqt sugar ko mixie mein powder kiya tha. Baki sub ingredients ki same hi quantity thi
Same thing happened with me also ,i added some Maida ,then it binded.but finally I fixed it .....turned very tasty

@@learningwithjuhigoel1360 hi juhi check the oil temperature. Oil achhe se heat nahi hoga to donuts oil pi jayenge ya fir oil me bikhar jayenge. And excessive amount of sugar can be the reason too.
