I'm glad y'all enjoyed Cooper's. They are good. But not the best. Blacks BBQ is hands down the best BBQ in the world. You can find them in the Dallas area, but also in Austin, and Lockhart Texas their home town. I've eaten there numerous times and their beef ribs are twice the size of Coopers without all the fat that coopers had. But it's so rich and juicy it's like eating cake it's so tender. Black's BBQ is where Jolly did their Texas BBQ video from. You'll not forget it.

I was freaking out when Baby H put that huge piece of pork chop in her mouth so quickly that neither of you saw it.. I thought for sure she was going to choke. But then she just took it out the same way it went in. She may have found the secret to eating BBQ without getting full, just suck the meat dry and then spit it out. All the flavor and hardly any calories.
He told Baby H “you can run the register” not you can own a restaurant 🤣 that Texas accent in full swing lol hope you guys had a blast here!!

I'm a fairly new subscriber who was born and raised in Texas, but live in Michigan now that I'm 74 years old and can't stand the heat of the Texas summers any more. Michigan is truly beautiful, and I absolutely love it here now. Being from the southern part of the United States, I especially enjoy the winters here and the snow makes the Holiday Season so special.. Love your channel especially the BBQ episodes from Texas. I would love to see you make some content with the Jolly crew. I think your little girls would be so cute together. I'm a big fan of both channels and it is great to see British folk enjoying so much that we take for granted in American cuisine. Keep up the great work. Five Stars!!

You also need to do a little research into the high number of downloads into the dark web are made daily of children eating, putting food into their mouths, especially girls. Born and raised in Austin, TX and lived there for my first 40 years. So glad you and your little family can partake of what I enjoyed most of my life - the best BBQ to be found anywhere, not only at Coopers, but numerous places throughout Texas.
Here is a quick story about Llano. By the way, you said it correctly, but once another traveling couple once went through Llano and couldn't decide the proper pronunciation of the town. The husband thought it was "Yanno" after the Spanish way of speaking, and the wife was pretty sure it was "L-Lay-no". They just couldn't make up their mind, so they pulled into a business where a teenage girl was out in front of the place. They asked her, "Miss, could you help us? We don't know how to pronounce the name here and thought, as a local, you could make sure we understood correctly. Could you please tell us how to say the name of this place?"
The teenager said, "Well, shore-thing! We call this place, "Dairy Queen". haha.
I'm jealous! I'm American and I've never had real Texas BBQ (I'm in Washington State, a couple thousand miles from Texas). I'm more of a beef than a pork man, too, so I know I'd love it.

I grew up in the 50's and 60's in Detroit. My Grand father was first generation American. We had a traditional Prime Rib Sunday roast every week. My Grandfather and I favored only the succulent ribs of the roast. I loved that we ate them with our hands. My Grandmother called us heathens. Watching you enjoy that beef rib brought back some wonderful memories. It doesn't matter north, south,east or west there is wonderful traditional home cooking. I remember 7 years ago my first real smoked barbequed brisket and beef ribs. I had barbecue in CT but loving it here in Oklahoma with their amazing barbecue. My reaction Everytime I eat great barbecue it is truly a delicious experience. Loved your video.

It only goes up from here. There is the famous Carolina BBQ places, Memphis BBQ, literally every state has their own style. I have lived in a lot of these states and been to almost all and it's amazing everywhere. To be honest, most backyard BBQ is as good. Some is not but we all take pride is doing this ourselves. It's fun watching people from other countries try our diversity in foods.

Llano brings back memories. My dad had a deer lease there while I was a kid and we ate many venison meals from there. I feel very blessed to have grown up here and lived my whole life enjoying this kind of food. I'm glad you are discovering our cuisine. Hug the baby an extra time for me tonight.

I just glanced up and randomly saw that 100K under the thumbnail, and my emotions caught me so by surprise because I just unexpectedly teared up with true happiness for y’all. I understand that number represents a whole lot more work than most average viewers can even fathom. It’s like a photo where everything looks so smooth and glossy on the surface of the pond, while below the surface you are both dog paddling like crazy. I make beef ribs like that at home on the smoker. They are actually pretty simple and sooooooo good. Not cheap to buy though. Great video and texas would like to be your adopted country. At one time we actually were our own country. peace!

You’ve done the TEXAS road trip, so you deserve the rewards of that travel. That’s how we get satisfaction going across our state. We drive for miles to get to the payoff destination and the whole thing is beautiful when you arrive because of the extreme road time! Ha Ha! Plus, every inch of TEXAS is interesting.
