Thank you very much for this video. This is my childhood favorite Philippine dish from my Filipino house helper who worked in my family 8 years. She made this dish very often but I don’t know what is this dish called. 30 years later, finally thru your this video I can cook and taste this dish again. I am sure my parents and siblings will remember this dish.The only difference is my helper added season mince meat between the eggplant then add the egg mixture on top of the filled eggplant in the wok.
We usually used tomato and spring onion on our torta talong. Ask your helper to cook adobo pusit cook in its own ink and also kinilaw, they're also very yummy Filipino dishes.
以前我家菲庸也有煮這個餸, 不過茄子佢唔用燒而是用水烚軟後去皮,然之後用叉按平, 先沾上生粉後才浸入加了調味的蛋漿裏才煎,沒有放蕃茄和芫茜,只是蛋,真的很好吃 !
