- That much money turns into a lot of damage, which carried me through level 300. Whenever things got tough I found a little more damage, whether by gilding heroes, unlocking new ones or quickly skipping through weeks of time. It's a never ending loop of making money to buy damage.

You can reach zone 300 without ascending completely free to play, but it's very tedious.
Step 1. Join a clan
Step 2. Do a legacy raid for some souls
Step 3. Buy juggernaut ancient as much as possible
Step 4. Keep tapping and grind your combo
Step 5. After getting frost leaf to lvl 75, upgrade treebeast to lvl 1000 then just keep upgrading treebeast.
Step 6. After you get treebeast to lvl 1100, upgrade ivan to lvl 1100. After getting ivan to lvl 1100 repeat the process for brittany beach princess.
Step 7. When you are able to get masked samurai to lvl 1075 just keep upgrading samurai until your at zone 300.
(this strategy will require a 10k+ combo or more depending on your juggernaut lvl)
@@aegisfrontier1057 But why not just ascend before it?? Why bruteforce 300? Its recommended to ascend at around 140 a couple of times to get Sily and Libertas. After which the 140 barrier should easily be passable. He could have been way further if he were to just ascend.

And at that time it was and is til to this date easy to grind. Afterall its an idle game, you have to go afk to make big progresss. In short, just because you have the choice, you dont have to do it

@@benstone596 He doesn't really seem to know. He read a thing and then went on doing the same thing. Also, they don't just increase damage. They also summon and level up Ancients and can be sacrificed to obtain Ancient Souls to Transcend. They can also customize the gilding. Basically, you can use them for a lot of things.

After level 1000, your basic heroes get hella DPS, to bridge the gap between frostleaf an dread knight

Hit lvl 300 for "transcendence". spend hero souls on deities for incredible boosts. Use Mercenaries to accomplish tasks and find loot. Click the bees that float by with your auto-clicker for free boosts and gold! Set your clicker to 50 milliseconds to control lag. Hahaha I'm finally ahead of DF in a game I didn't pay for!
Tbh if DF ascended he wouldn't need to spend as much money...

You can also reduce graphic settings like damage numbers, moving enemies etc to reduce lag

Try out hybrid warrior, it's similar to a lot of these clicker games you've been playing, but you can defeat enemies to add their parts to your heroes

7:10 the "click damage" hero doesn't get 4x or 10x DPS because she doesn't do DPS at all. Any other hero (treebeast, Ivan, etc.) gets 10x damage every 1000 levels, I think up to level 8000.
Like to tell DF to not forget to use the Dark Ritual.

Really should throw some upgrades at the older heroes too, for one they'll cost pennies by the end and they do get the same 4x upgrades every so often, which do add up
The Masked Samurai is best once you get it to lvl 1k.
Hey DF! You probably won’t see this, but you should try clicker heroes 2! The devs kind of abandoned it but it has SO much potential and maybe if you played it they would keep working on it! I’ve played both games for over 500 hours and I think clicker heroes 2 is quite a unique game, and prefer it over clicker heroes 1. I think you would really like it and I think it would make a great video! (Like if you agree so DF sees this)

I recall stopping with this game, once I past stage 215... manually clicked while at it, to the point where carpel tunnel wasn't too unlikely an end result.

I remember, that when I first played this game back in like 2015 or 2016 I was afraid to make ascension and got to 150 or higher lvl, then I tried it and now I'm going through it pretty fast.
Its surprising how interesting he makes a game where the main premise is to watch and let it do things itself
I know you probably don't play games we suggest, but I have an idle game called "Crusaders of the Lost Idols". I've found that its pretty fun. It has the generic clicking to do damage, and the upgrade people to deal more damage, but it also has strategy and you can think on what you actually want to do and I find it fun.
I remember when I used to play this game I could not unlock dread knight no matter how hard I tried

On this just to help. Get heros up to lvl 200 and after level 200, you get addtional x4 damage every 25 levels, get to level 1000 you get x10. But besides that enjoy getting endless heros since you need the power of 10e100 to do anything deep.

@DangerouslyFunny I recommend in my experience to buy the upgrades for 1 or 2 lower level heroes and only buy the upgrades after they get to level 1,000 the drunken baller is my favorite one to do this with you should only use this when your stuck waiting for the next hero like dread night or others hope this helps
Edit when you can get mercenaries you should from my experience the best mercenaries are the ones that give more gems, gold and hero's souls and when using mercenaries you should always check which one will give the most it is always random and its saved me from hours of grinding again hope this helps: )

Tree beast is the strongest hero! Level it as high as possible the x4 and x10 damage from higher levels make it the most powerful!
And the strongest ancients are the idle ones especially when you unlock transcendence!
And you can press the number buttons on your keyboard to quickly activate your skills!

In 2nd grade I didn’t know about ascending or anything and over the course of 5 months I got all the way to level 1000. My brother then deleted my save.
DF getting HEROES to 1000 is massively beneficial. CID isn’t really a hero, he’s just your clicker damage guy. The auto damages get big boosts at 1000 and higher

The fact that im ahead of him and i only played for 13 days reach floor 409(but ascended bc i couldnt kill the boss) and i got the dread knight in 8 days makes me happy i beat my favorite youtuber

Just a tip, if you get to level 1000 on the earlier hero’s, they gain a huge damage boost and become relevant again. This is mostly used to bridge the gap between frostleaf and dreadknight

The last skill u have knocks an hour off the last skill u used. The pentagram skill gives u an extra 5% dps per use. I would recommend using the last skill on the pentagram skill because it has an 8 hour cooldown.

the moments to come: 1. DF actually trys the ascension and he goes nuts upgrading siyalatas for the idle damage then learns IDLE means NO clicking at all so his auto clicker is doomed then regrets it and goes juggernaut for constant auto clicker damage multiplier. 2. DF learns you can buy auto clickers with rubies and then spends all his rubies on those with juggernaut for insanity. 3. DF actually makes a clan and it gets slammed with visitors.
once you are up to the second tier of ascending you can start reducing the cd skills and increasing the duration of them from memory
but with internal auto clickers you can have permanent doubled effect of most of the skills
It sounds stupid, but if you focus upgrades on the Masked Samurai once the other ones hit 150, he boosts all other heroes at higher levels. Same with Guilded heroes, shift them to Samurai and you'll see a huuuuuuuge spike in damage

Hey DF if you ascend you get Hero Souls that give 10% Bonus DPS. You can use those souls to buy Ancients with op boosts
Just ascend, because if you do you can get upgrades to upgrade DPS if idle, Critical Damage, and other more helpful things. But if you like you can transcend at round 400 and get a transcend point to upgrade some like more OP UPGRADES.
Dude look at the heros in the gilded menu, you can transfer guilds for hero souls, it costs 80 to do it but it is useful to know
Man just upgrade everything and use all the abilities pleaseeeee and the bee if you spam click it you get buffs or gems or coins

Upgrading the first 3 heroes by 25 will always increase their damage multiplier by 4, up until level 8000. They are the strongest heroes at around levels 200 and up
He unlocked transcendence before ascending once. I'm in disbelief.

If you get your heroes to 200 their damage multiplies, even more so at level 1000. Ascendance and transcendence does even crazier stuff!

I am so much further along than him on a school chrome book. You just need to upgrade all the hero’s so they get a 4x’s damage buff every 25 levels. I can’t wait until he transcends.

in settings you can set the number to scientific mode, instead of the letters its displays Exxx with x being the amount of 0's, i only have a bit more then 1000 hours on steam for this game :)
Hey DF in case you didn’t know masked samurai is the most damage and cost efficient to get gilds on so for super late game the cost scaling for every hero is stoopid for the amount of damage you get for almost everyone except Masked Samurai

It's actually completely worth it to bring up older heroes to the max level you can, even after having stronger heroes. They add more DPS than you might expect.
He should go back to idle champions. That one can actually be surprisingly engaging for an idle clicker game.

If you buy a bunch of all the other guys you get the same x4 boost dozens of times at a fraction of the cost. If you put enough money into each they all can be equivalent to the dread knight. Trust me, I did it on my profile and I’m nearly at zone 500
i would recommend him to play idle breakout but even though its addictive, it doesnt really have much stuff to do. Still maybe he'll enjoy it.
The early hearos are so cheap now it would be good to level them fully up...well up to theyr last skill wich would help with damage I think

When people say you should upgrade your base heroes they don't mean cause of the skills.
You get a 10 times damage bonus on heroes that reach level 1000 and their damage quadruples every 25 levels after that, which means that after frostleaf, it becomes the most efficient for a long time to just go for earlier heroes.
I think Ivan, Betty, Britanny, The Forest Sage one and the nameless Samurai or however it was called are the 5 everyone focuses on in that phase.
Dreadknight is complete trash compared to those 5 and should never really be used for main DPS.
you want to get gilded on the starting hereos and max them as much as you can cause every 25 lvl increase the dmg by 4x
after lvl 200
You gotta upgrade each hero to the max to have the most DPS possible!! If you do that, you'll earn so much more money
You have to ascend until zone 300 then you transcend because you get progress a lot faster with it also after a bit of upgrading frosleaf upgrade everything else also autoclickers from rupies are op
Heors start to get multipliers to damage at certain levels and basically every hero can contribute to killing things effectively
