I believe in suites that have free laundry service that the butler does not wash your clothes but ensures they are taken to the ship's laundry for you and then returned to you after the ship's laundry is done with the items..
I love the Nova and this is a great cabin! I stayed in a Verandah cabin on an Alaskan cruise this June and that was also a nice cabin. I loved the restaurants, the gym and the spa. I need to contact you and see where else the Nova goes.
