As an adc main, love when people tank an adc for 25 sec and say holy shit the adc did 5k damage to me. Meanwhile the adc gets one shot by literally the support lmfao

It seems to be an unofficial custom skin of Sauron. Riot doesn't seem to ban custom skins so far but this might change with vanguard.
