Diahatsu mira 327000km driven and have been using toyota petron 10 30 with regular maintenence at every 3500 km, its giving me 18kml at local and 22kml at long route

totally wrong always use company recommendations and 20w-50 does not show about the temperature its is basically viscosity of oil at different temperatures 20W means viscosity of oil at room temperature higher the viscosity higher it will take time to circulate in the engine causing engine damage only use 20w-50 engine oil in bad engines
